How long does delivery take?

We offer two delivery options:

• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 working days
• Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day.

How much is shipping?

Tracked 48: £1.99
Tracked 24: £2.99

Orders over £20:

• Tracked 48: FREE
• Tracked 24: £0.99

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the UK.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

We don’t offer guaranteed next-day delivery, but Tracked 24 is your fastest option.

Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact us and we’ll provide you with a prepaid returns label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund.

Do I have to pay return postage?

No – we provide a prepaid return label for all returns.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive your returned item.

What nicotine strength should I choose?

• 10mg is ideal for moderate smokers
• 20mg is better suited to heavy smokers looking for a stronger hit

Are your e-liquids TPD compliant?

Yes, all our e-liquids are fully TPD compliant and made to UK regulations.

What’s the difference between MTL and DTL vaping?

• MTL (Mouth to Lung): Similar to cigarette smoking – tighter draw, more nicotine
• DTL (Direct to Lung): For bigger clouds and lower nicotine

Most of our nic salts are designed for MTL vaping and pod kits.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. All our devices and e-liquids are sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers.

Do I need an account to order?

No – you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes reordering easier and lets you track previous purchases.

Do you sell to under 18s?

No. You must be 18 or older to purchase from VapeVault. We use age verification tools to comply with UK law.

Is vaping safer than smoking?

While vaping is widely considered less harmful than smoking traditional cigarettes, it is not risk-free. Our products are intended for adult smokers only.

Can I recycle the pods or bottles?

Yes – most of our products come in recyclable packaging. Please dispose of batteries and vape pods responsibly.
